All manuscripts submitted to Dignity International Journal of Health Sciences and Medicine undergo an initial evaluation by the editorial team to ensure compliance with formatting and submission requirements.

Each manuscript is then reviewed by at least two independent reviewers with relevant expertise in the subject area. The journal applies a double-blind peer review system, in which both authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the review process.

Reviewers are selected by the section editor based on their expertise. The final decision regarding acceptance, revision, or rejection of a manuscript is made by the editor, taking into account the recommendations provided by the reviewers.
